Mahboobullah Bashardost, born in 1986 in Warsaj District of Takhar Province, completed his primary and secondary education in the same district. From an early age, he was recognized as a motivated and dedicated individual.

Education:

In 2015, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Education at Payman Private University in Takhar Province.

He strengthened his language skills by studying English at the Ahmad Shah Massoud Foundation and the ALC Educational Center in Takhar.

He completed a six-month course in Administration and Management, supported by the Administrative Reform and Civil Services in Takhar Province, further enhancing his management skills.

Professional Experience:

1  Teaching:

He worked as a teacher for one year at Ustad Abdul Rahman Takhari High School in Takhar Province, playing a vital role in improving the knowledge and awareness of his students.

2  Instructor of Ideological and Cultural Management:

For four years, he served as an instructor of Ideological and Cultural Management at the Takhar Police Headquarters, providing education in ideological and cultural principles.

3 University Lecturer:

He worked for three years as a lecturer at the Rahe Saadat Institute of Higher Education, significantly contributing to the education and training of the younger generation.

4  Deputy Director of AWRSA:

Since 2017, he has been serving as the Deputy Director of the Afghan Women Rehabilitation and Skills Building  Association (AWRSA).
